COVID Guidelines and Protocol

COVID Practices for Hands on Courses

Tallgrass North America is closely monitoring the COVID-19 rates and changes. If the COVID-19 situation makes it unsafe for travel and workshops, we will postpone hands-on classes. Payments received for hands-on trainings that are postponed will be applied to future hands-on training, online courses of your choice, or refunded.

For hands-on training, we will follow these COVID Protocol guidelines:

Moreover, the goal for workshops is to provide you with an excellent hands-on experience while also ensuring the safety of everyone. Until further notice, our safety policy for in-class hand-on workshops is as follows:

  • Class sizes will be maintained at (6-14 students) to maintain a safe distance from each other during lectures and hands-on demonstrations and work time.

  • A mask will be required to be worn through the full hands-on training. Sanitizing hands before and after each hands-on experience is also. There will be no exceptions to wearing a mask.

  • If possible, all hands-on work sessions will take place in outdoor spaces.

  • Participants are required to use hand sanitizers and regular hand washing is required throughout each day.

  • Also, surfaces, knobs, and switches will be cleaned regularly with disinfectant.

  • If you have registered for a workshop but are feeling unwell before the first day, we ask that you postpone until the next time we offer the class.

  • If you have been recently exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID (within 3 weeks of the first day of your desired workshop), we ask that you postpone until the next time we offer the class.
