Continue ShoppingTallgrass North America is closely monitoring the COVID-19 rates and changes. If the COVID-19 situation makes it unsafe for travel and workshops, we will postpone hands-on classes. Payments received for hands-on trainings that are postponed will be applied to future hands-on training, online courses of your choice, or refunded.
For hands-on training, we will follow these COVID Protocol guidelines:
Moreover, the goal for workshops is to provide you with an excellent hands-on experience while also ensuring the safety of everyone. Until further notice, our safety policy for in-class hand-on workshops is as follows:
Class sizes will be maintained at (6-14 students) to maintain a safe distance from each other during lectures and hands-on demonstrations and work time.
A mask will be required to be worn through the full hands-on training. Sanitizing hands before and after each hands-on experience is also. There will be no exceptions to wearing a mask.
If possible, all hands-on work sessions will take place in outdoor spaces.
Participants are required to use hand sanitizers and regular hand washing is required throughout each day.
Also, surfaces, knobs, and switches will be cleaned regularly with disinfectant.
If you have registered for a workshop but are feeling unwell before the first day, we ask that you postpone until the next time we offer the class.
If you have been recently exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID (within 3 weeks of the first day of your desired workshop), we ask that you postpone until the next time we offer the class.
